Customer Testimonials

The following is a letter received by Wendy Genske and Traci Prater at the Acton Atlanta Branch on March 16th. The letter was sent by Matthew McClay, Project Manager at Archer Western Contractors. (2011 1st Qtr)

For over 100 years, Archer Western, a subsidiary of The Walsh Group, has been excelling in construction projects across the country and more often than not, we find our project teams residing in a temporary facility known as a construction trailer. For our project at Fort Gordon, we were referred by happy customers to Acton Mobile and that they should be the supplier for our trailer. Through the estimating process, contracts, delivery, set-up and execution, the Acton Mobile team treated us with professionalism and went above and beyond to help make our job in a temporary facility as convenient as possible. Ms. Genske, who worked with us on our pricing to meet our budget, was able find us a trailer that suited our needs and is comfortable for our team. Ms. Prater, who scheduled and coordinated delivery from Atlanta, made working with the installation crew as easy as possible. The crew was safe, courteous, and worked without hesitation to get the job done and done well. Overall we are extremely satisfied with our mobile offices and could not ask more of the Acton Mobile team in Monroe, GA. Archer Western strives to excel in customer service across the country and with examples like Acton Mobile we will be successful in any endeavor that we undertake.

The following is an e-mail received by Rina Moran at the Acton Jacksonville Branch on February 18th. The e-mail was sent by Carla Loveless, Project Administrator, at PPI/Charles Perry Construction, LLC. (2010 1st Qtr)

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say "THANKS" for your help with getting the trailers broken down and relocated. The breakdown crew and the truck driver were really great to work with.  They were on time and it was an overall good experience. The crew was effective in handling all the obstacles encountered in a very professional and timely manner. I appreciate that you coordinated all this and again "Thanks" for the excellent manner in which this move was expedited.  It was by far the best trailer "exit" strategy I have encountered in the 11+ years I have been working in construction.

The following is from an e-mail received by Chris Kessler at the Acton Dallas branch on August 25th. The e-mail was sent by Reed Smith, Project Manager/Purchasing Agent, at C & F Steel Co., Inc. (2009 3rd Qtr)

“Just wanted to drop a line and tell you what a pleasure it was to do business with you and Acton. We had contacted several other companies before we found Acton on the internet. All the others didn’t really show much interest in doing business with us with some not even taking the time to return phone calls/emails. However, we were very pleased with your customer service and what turned out to be the best price compared to those that at least bothered to send a quote. We are a small steel fabricator in Hamilton, TX and we take pride in our work and customer service just as you do. The transaction could not have been easier and although we thought we wanted a purchase deal, you were able to convince us that leasing was the better way to go. The trailer was scheduled to arrive at 2 p.m. on the appointed afternoon. It was late!! It actually got here at 2:01. You guys should be ashamed! Your driver was very courteous and competent in every aspect of his job. He had the set-up completed in less than 2 hrs. The trailer is almost new and will fit the needs of our estimating department and the anticipated growth in that area just fine. The level of service Acton provided from beginning to end is something not found very often in today’s business atmosphere and it’s obvious that it is important to your company and the people you hire. We at C & F Steel appreciate your attention to detail and you will be the first ones we call on in the future for our mobile office needs.”

The following is an e-mail received by Marietta Adamo on August 11th from Dwayne T. Burt, CSP, Sr. Loss Control Consultant for The Hartford Baltimore Regional Office. (2009 3rd Qtr)

“Thanks you for your quick response on getting me this info, much appreciated! I also wanted to let you know I witnessed one of your transport units along the side of US 83 north bound around 2:05pm today.  I was pleased to see that all reflective triangles were out and properly placed in addition to a hazard cone in accordance to DOT standards. Also one of the drivers or mechanics had on his fluorescent orange vest.  This certainly reflects well on your fleet safety program and attention to safety. It’s nice to actually see a driver take the time to do what’s required when a breakdown occurs on a highway.  If they think it doesn't matter-it does, if they think nobody notices-they do.  Well done!”

The following e-mail was received by Nina Webster of the Acton Houston office.  It came from Robert Lane, Project Manager, Cadence McShane Construction (2009 1st Qtr)

“Nina, hands down you were absolutely fantastic to work with.  Thank you for all of your help with this project.  Everyone is pleased with your product but more importantly I am thrilled with your communication and problem resolution abilities.  Thanks and you will hear from me again on other projects.”

This e-mail was received Charlotte Davis in the Acton Tampa office (2008 3rd Qtr).  It was sent by Pete, of the Nuisance Wildlife Service.

To Charlotte and the rest at Acton Mobile,

I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it is doing business with all of you. Everybody that I have come in contact with at Acton Mobile has always been friendly and helpful. You all seem to work together so well together as a team. But what really makes you all so special is that you realize the essence of business is people helping people. This is apparent in your efficiency and your business relationships. I was so impressed and grateful when Charlotte took it upon herself to simplify a lot of confusion concerning how and by who an invoice was to be paid. As a result it was paid quickly and without me having to invoice second or third parties. Thank You Charlotte.

It is people like you at Acton Mobile that makes doing business a joy.

Sincerely,
Pete

This e-mail was received by Tom Matranga at the Acton Dallas Branch. (2008 2nd Qtr)

“Tom- I want to let you know that everything went beyond perfect.  Everyone from your office to the guys from Georgia was professional, attentive, and punctual.  The set-up is flawless and looks exactly how I directed.  The owner will have an office in our trailer, and she has already commented on how good everything looks. Thanks for the attention to detail.  I copied Peter and Matt so they know how good a job your team did.  Let me know if you need anything. Have a great Day! JAL “

The above was in a card received by the Jacksonville Branch to Mike Berini and Collier Beall (referenced as the “friend”). (2007 4th Qtr)

It was appreciated very much…

Dear Mr. Berini, You don’t know me, but in July you met my sister and I stranded at a gas station. You filled our old van up and your friend gave us $20.00. We made it home and ate along the way. At first you gave her (my sister) this card to mail the money back and then you said “no, just let me know when you make it home.” You said you hope someone would help your mother in this condition. I was sick during the trip, and the only reason you haven’t heard anything before now is when I went to the doctor I was put in the hospital with breast cancer. I am 62. I am out now and doing pretty good. Acton Mobile Industries should be proud to have you as an employee. Please share this card with them.

Thank you again and “God Bless You”
Narita

The following e-mail was received by Jeff Davis and Michelle Alford at the Acton Atlanta Branch. (2007 4th Qtr)

Mr. Davis, I am writing to voice my opinion about your maintenance mechanic, David Tucker.  I have enjoyed the professionalism, quality control, and conversations we have had.  He is a very hard worker. I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle, Wendy, Ross, and David from your Atlanta office.  I first called Michelle when I was working for Whiting-Turner.  I have found everyone at Acton Mobile to be professional, pleasant, and very hard working.  As long as I remain in the position of purchasing construction trailers, I will remain with Acton Mobile.  While your prices are good, your people are great. Thank you for putting together such a pleasant team of people. Project Manager COGUN
