From time to time, ACTON MOBILE INDUSTRIES designates specific units as surplus to our day to day operations. These are units that have been in our rental fleet and have been used by other customers and returned to us at the completion of the customer’s lease term.

These mobile offices and multi-sectional buildings are being offered for sale (only) on a first come, first served basis at reduced prices in order for us to adjust our inventories.

They are offered under the following conditions:

Units are offered as is, where is. There is no warranty offered or implied on “special offer” product.
They are road worthy and can be transported to the buyer’s location within a reasonable distance from the Acton branch.
Delivery freight costs will be quoted and charged as an additional cost to the buyer.
Set-up costs will be quoted on request and charged as an additional cost to the buyer.
Prospective buyers are encouraged to physically inspect “special offer” product before making their decision to buy.
“Special offer” product is not returnable or refundable.
Payment terms for “special offer” product are 100% payment at time of delivery, by cash, check or credit card (VISA, MC or AMEX).
