Ingrid West Ingrid West
President

Ingrid West has full responsibility for strategic and administrative management activities. She has expertise and strength in executing strategic initiatives and leading organizational change. Ingrid joined Acton in July 2012 as CFO and was promoted to President in December 2013. Prior to Acton Mobile, her most recent role was as VP & CFO of Davis Calibration, a Private Equity owned service provider. While at Davis she was instrumental in the company’s sale to Tektronix, a Danaher portfolio company. Post-sale, she continued to serve as CFO of the newly created company, Tektronix Service Solutions, as well as a further acquisition by Danaher, Sypris Test & Measurement, heading up the integration of both companies. Prior to Tektronix, Ms. West has held various roles as Finance Director and Corporate Controller in industries such as Professional Services, Manufacturing and the Construction Industry. She holds an MBA in International Business from Loyola University in Maryland.



Rodney Shrader Rodney Shrader
Executive VP, Sales & Marketing

Rodney Shrader serves Acton as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, leading all field sales, marketing and branding efforts. He has been with the company since 2004. During his time with Acton, Rodney has served the Construction Services and Contractor industry with appointments as Board of Director for National Construction Associations such as Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) and Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). Prior to joining Acton, Mr. Shrader was the General Manager of Car Auto Carrier, a division of United Road Service, a national vehicle transport company based out of Romulus, MI. He also spent five years serving in the United States Marine Corps, where he was a Military Police officer specializing as an international K-9 drug and bomb detection handler. Mr. Shrader holds an MBA from TCU.



Katherine Giannelli Katherine Giannelli
VP, Controller

Katherine Giannelli has a 10 year tenure with Acton, leading the Accounting function. Ms. Giannelli has 29 years of modular rental industry experience, having served as Vice President and Controller at Williams Scotsman for 13 years prior to joining Acton. Additionally Ms. Giannelli is a CPA and practiced in public accounting at KPMG for 8 years.



Rich Grove Rich Grove
VP, Operations

Rich Grove joined Acton in March 2015 to spearhead the integration of the Mobile Mini fleet acquisition. In February 2016, Mr. Grove was named Vice President of Operations and now oversees the fulfillment process of Acton’s nationwide network of locations. Rich has significant experience in the construction industry as a leader and owner of businesses in the distribution, service and manufacturing of building materials. As a CPA by training, Mr. Grove started his professional career in Public Accounting and then migrated to CFO of American Fireplace Company where he focused much of his efforts on M&A activities leading to the eventual sale of the business to Hearth & Home Technologies a division of HNI Corporation (NYSE:HNI) where retired in 2012 as SVP of Fireside Hearth & Home. Since that time Rich has remained active in non-profit Boards and consulting.



Eddie Jenkins Eddie Jenkins
VP, Technology & Innovation

Eddie Jenkins is the Vice President of Technology & Innovation for Acton. Eddie has been working in the technology and computer field for the last 20 years. After earning his degree in Computer Science from Towson University Eddie has spent the last 12 years working for large corporations including Black & Decker and United Health Group in various IT leadership roles. Some of Eddie’s many areas of strength are development and IT innovation as well as process improvement and creation. Eddie is a highly motivated and energetic individual that prides himself on leading by example.



Laura   Kaspar Laura Kaspar
VP, Human Resources & Risk Management

Laura Kaspar is Acton’s Vice President of Human Resources & Risk Management. Laura plays a major role in the company's overall performance, leading organizational people strategy, elevating team performance through innovative leadership, and evolving Acton's approach to strategic workforce planning with programs highlighting the skills and capabilities that employees need to grow Acton to the next level. Laura joined Acton in January 2012, with more than 15 years’ experience in human resources leadership and an extensive background in the construction industry, as well as the energy sector and professional services. Laura brings to Acton highly diversified experience, with expertise across the range of human resources disciplines, a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an SPHR certification (senior professional in human resources), that have helped her to develop and apply creative strategies to support many of Acton’s new endeavors.



John King John King
VP, Financial Planning & Analysis

John King is Acton’s Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. Mr. King joined Acton in 2011 with over 10 years of experience in both finance and accounting related roles. He has broad experience in various industries including public accounting and real estate. Mr. King has been instrumental in elevating Acton’s budgeting, forecasting, and daily dashboard and financial reporting to a level that is second to none. John has specific expertise in modeling and working closely with Acton’s ownership group in developing strategy that directly ties into financial targets that can readily be executed. John has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Salisbury University in Maryland and an MBA from the University of Denver.
